F9 Game Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

F9 Game does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their original source.

Standard withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

Before your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter if requested, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or other acceptable identification document. VIP Platinum and Diamond tier players receive priority queue processing, meaning their withdrawal requests are handled before standard queue requests during peak periods.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account and are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account.
